Crystallex doesn't want certain information released 'for feared consequences if made public'.  Begs the question- what is so sensitive in these documents ?  My overly-active, cynical imagination is running wild.  Sunlight is a great antiseptic so one can only hope the Stark sees the light (oops terrible pun) and denies the redactions finally.
