ORAL ORDER: Having considered the Special Master's monthly report for the period ending May 31, 2021 (D.I. 280), and having communicated with the Special Master, it is the Court's understanding that there are no objections to the report or to the proposed order which accompanied it. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that if the Court's understanding is incorrect and any Party or ConocoPhillips does have an objection, it shall notify the Court by letter no later than tomorrow, June 11, of its objection(s) and include in its letter a proposed schedule for short letter briefs to address such objection(s).
