With all the delay opportunities for Vz in Stark's Memorandum Order such as:

"Would need to submit more specific proposals"

In the It Is Hereby Ordered; "Unless he asks for an extension"

"3. At the appropriate time, the parties will have an opportunity to object to the proposed Sales Procedure Order."

I am happy to see a conclusion of this case occurring (hopefully-but with suspicion) and I ask Chaser and others how much longer at most do you think this might go on.
