I believe that if, after all this, it is ruled that the shareholders of Crystallex get NOTHING, and Tenor gets everything, that would send a very strong message to the world that investing in the stock market might not be a good idea. If anything, following Jim Kramer's advice could be a very expensive mistake. It is all about RATINGS! That, my fellow investors, is in our favor.
