Venezuela's offshore funds could pay for vaccines but Maduro not cooperating, Guaido says

If the funds are controlled by the U.S. Treasury and Guaido is recognized as the legitimate government officer representing Venezuela, why do they need Maduro to cooperate?

Is Maduro threatening to block the vaccine entry? Just ship the damn vaccine and let the world finally recognize the kind of human waste Maduro is by not allowing it in.

This is one of the many reasons Guaido has lost all credibility around the world: he has no balls!
