Hello, I have been a KRY shareholder since the late 90s.  I followed the KRY saga avidly for many years, but have not remained current with developments over the past few years.  With a potential settlement now (hopefully) approaching, I have a very basic question:  As a shareholder, do I need to take any specific action to participate in any payout or would said payout be simply reflected in the value of the KRYFQ shares I still hold with my broker?
