DEFENDANT BOLIVARIAN REPUBLIC OF VENEZUELA’S UNOPPOSED MOTION FOR AN EXTENSION OF TIME TO RESPOND TO PLAINTIFF CRYSTALLEX’S MOTION TO MODIFY THE STAY

Defendant Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela (the “Republic”), by and through its undersigned counsel, hereby respectfully submits this unopposed motion for an extension of the deadline to respond to Plaintiff Crystallex International Corporation’s Motion to Modify the Stay (D.I. 156) until January 10, 2020 in light of the intervening holidays.
