What is eveident with the letters is we now know this was all planned prior to going into CCAA. It seems pretty clear a deal was made by Fung and Oppy to make Tenor the DIP lender so they could enrich themselves at the expense of shareholders. 

Hopefully the US courts will stop this injustice.
