Thank you Chaser. I have read the letter twice now and have come to the conclusion that this was an orchestrated event by the interested parties in KRY management and Tenor that was well planned. Their goal was to take all value from shareholders for themselves. Whether this is criminal or not it certainly should be.

Hopefully the AD Hoc Committee and opt ins can support the efforts set forth in these two letters.
