Who's suing who now?? Nothing is officially over as far as Gowlings being done, so go back and reread to KRY Chaser's post instead.

IMHO unless Tenor/Fung make some shady backroom deal (that cuts out the rest of the shareholders) with Shareholder Committee/Gowlings to make them go away, then there is nothing to sue Gowlings over.
