How is Fung and Tenor working in anyones best interest other than their own with this deal. They could force the sale and collect all OUR money in US dollars NOW instead of waiting until 2021 for completion. VZ has reneged on every deal so far so why should we expect them to honour this agreement. The only winner in dragging this out is tenor who get to continue to collect 60% a year in interest.

Getting paid by selling Citgo would have allowed everyone to be paid off in 2019. It would have brought us out of CCAA. It would have prevented Kry and Tenor from hiding the details of the deal. If they really have a settlement even if it is a bad one for us there should be no reason to keep the details hidden.

This is the third time Tenor has chosen to pass on collecting US dollars up front. Fung and the boys need to be held accountable to the shareholders they have screwed over.
