Hope Citgo gets auctioned off. Positive decision might be in the court order following Nov 20, 2018 session.  Every bit of the Oct 30 and Nov 20 court meetings is about whether or not there will be an  auctioning off of Citgo to the highest bidder.

One of Vz defense challenges is that selling Citgo is not a good idea at this time because the market is at its lowest point and will not sell at its true market value. What a joke and who gives a sh***.
