Lets hope Fung and Tenor don't screw up this payment like they did when they passed on around $700 million earlier this year. Just because we can sell Citgo and get paid doesn't mean that is what they will do. The longer they drag this out the longer they collect 60% interest. Nothing they do surprises me anymore.
