Caracas.-The president of Nicolas Maduro, invited the company Shell International to strengthen its investments in the country.

20 Years ago:

Caracas.- The presidemt Chavez invited the company Crystallex International to strengthen its investments in the country. (my recall)

What a Crock of ...!!!

Yes; Shell International should strengthen its inverment in Vz by buying Citgo shares when it comes up for auction.
