Lawyers of Crystallex are very good.

No matter what appeals Vz tries (and they are trying) they will never reverse the notion that PSUV is the alter ego of Vz which means Vz is just buying time for a conclsion that is inevitable in Crystallex's favor. We will get paid and I believe this alter ego stuff and attachment will be decide by end of this year.

Hopefully Gowling WLG is as good for us too.
