Relisting the stock on the TSX

While the stock is unlisted without a value attached, it remains dormant & stuck in your 401K or your RRSP. Shouldn't management relist the stock at a nominal value for affected shareholders? Even if they list it for .01cent it will enable shareholders to transfer the shares into a regular investment account or even a tax free savings account.
