Okay JJ. What is the prognosis for us with this ruling. Your name is on the right.

Is Gowling going to react to this? Is there going to be a response by Gowling to us how this affects shareholders moneywise? I don't have an inside track with Gowling like you do.

How about an update of your prospective.

This stay of one year is a huge bonus for DIP lenders. If I was a DIP lender I could easily wait another 6 years and get it all.
