A notice to all shareholders could have been made but someone would have had to pay for it.

Do you have the list? I'll gladly volunteer to pay costs associated with the mailout.

I believe there are other active shareholder forums.

Please enlighten me and provide links to these active forums that have any sane discussions besides spam? Are you posting on those?
