US Federal District Court Judge Order to File Unsealed Report

Earlier this week, the Latin American Herald Tribune filed an intervenor letter asking the U.S. Federal Court in Delaware to unseal a Report in the $1.4 billion lawsuit by Crystallex against Venezuela containing hidden details of the billion dollar settlement between Venezuela and Crystallex. Thursday, Chief U.S. Federal District Court Judge Stark agreed with our defense of the rights of the press and public to unfettered access to the Court's deliberations and ordered Crystallex and Venezuela to file an unsealed report by Friday.
