So if you were offered 36 cents now or the possibility of 40 cents if a court case (which would likely take 12-18 months to settle) is won, what would you choose?

How much extra do you need Gowling to sue for in order to justify waiting for a court case (which we might lose and thereby get less - someone will have to pay for Crystallex and Tenor's lawyers)?
