Just read my post again and didn't want it to sound all gloom and doom.

My frustration is with the usual lack of information from management and their lack of respect for shareholders. We are put in the same position as before. Management saying trust us when they have shown over the years that is the last thing shareholders should be doing.

If the settlement is indeed over $1 billion and creditors get paid off quickly that is good. What happens next is the burning question!
