There are two committees because that’s how many there are. Simple as that. As far as Gowling only representing thier committee and not other shareholders? We are represented as a whole by the committee. Gowling only takes direction from the committee. Has to be like that. It’s be a gong show having thousands of shareholders barking orders at them.
