It appears that a payment system has been established. First a large payment right now and then monthly payments thereafter for a year perhaps, then annually until paid.

I wonder how KRY is going to get the cash out of Venezuela when GRZ can't do it. Their money is tied up in a Venezuelan Bank account held in trust and can't move.

Any thoughts?
