I see this all as good news. Of course there are details we want but it does feel like we are actually on the road to getting some money back. It would be reasonable to consider your investment no longer a total write-off.

More games can still be played, particularly as regards how or whether the company comes out of CCAA.

In terms of getting hard cash, shareholders are usually last so I'm still not holding my breath.

Gowling (and perhaps the opt in committee) have signed CAs so the action they take (or don't take) should guide our expectations.
