We are in agreement Paau. The amount of the deal will determine where everything heads from here. The big question for me is if this is a good deal and shareholders are last in line what are we looking at. It should also include having the stock listed again since the company will have a debt plan and repayment. Shareholders then could make a decision on what is their best interest.
