Message: Opt ins v. non--opt ins

We would sue the company for fair value. Reyes / Fung / Tenor could possibly have a criminal complaint against them. However, this is an outrageous claim and if your defamation is based purely on conjecture you may want to retract it. Don't think that by using "assumption" you are immune from defamation.

Paau, my post was certainly not meant to offed you or anyone else. I'm not making any claim. I'm simply relaying questions I've been asked like you have and wondered if they are from the same group of people.

Since I was not trying to defame anyone I must use what you have posted as the questionable comment since I'm not sure exactly what you are refering to.

"If the assumption that Mr. Reyes did a deal with Fung and Tenor is true, do you think shareholders could sue him if his deal got him more than other shareholders?"

Let me say that I have no knowledge of anything about Mr. Reyes and his dealing with Crystallex and Tenor other than what is in the court documents. Let me change the question to: if I made a deal with fung and Tenor could I be sued by shareholders.

You already answered so no reponse is necessary.

This seems to have hit a nerve with you.

I apologise if you felt upset.

JJ
