It could happen quicker - my timeline assumes a VZ default. I think it is clear VZ will not pay willingly (as they have done so far with GRZ). Achieving enforcement is a very long process and I'm not aware of any one succeeding to enforce an ICSID award, certainly not of this scale.

It seems likely VZ will default in 2018 (apparently it might happen in the next 48 hours).
