It may be a shorter wait for the overthrow of the current VZ regime and the restructuring

of...well, everything in that country. Hopefully, if it takes that long, the new Government, as

part of their restructuring, will honor all debts.

After all, the mine is actually going to produce some income. The citizens first, of course.
