I'm just guessing here but I would imagine all shareholder information is private with the trust company or Crystallex. I doubt Fung and the boys would be open to giving Gowling the shareholder mailing list to inform them they are interested in suing Tenor/Crystallex.

Using the BB and word of mouth is the only feasible way of reaching shareholders until they get into court.

A story on BNN would go a long way to spreading the word but that may not happen until Gowlings files.
