More than 524 Kilograms of Gold to Bank of Venezuela
Caracas, Sep 1 (Prensa Latina) More than 524 kilograms of gold went today to the vaults of the Central Bank of Venezuela (BCV), as part of the Government program to strengthen the gold reserves of this South American country.
The shipment came from the small and medium companies of the Orinocco Mining Arch, in the state of Bolívar, said the Venezuelan Minister of Ecological Mining Development, Victor Cano.
Cano stated that the program to rescue the gold reserves in the country would make possible to trasform the system that depends on the oil sales and to diversify the Venezuelan economy.
