I'm curious as well but my initial and main reason for signing on was to give Gowling payment for going tocourt for us. It was that or watch our potential pay out dwindle to nothing. At least we get a last kick at the can here. If I get no more than non opt ins I don't care. Well I kinda do.

Based on the overwhelming response to thier offer I'm sure the shareholders and shares represented are substantial and send a positive message on our behalf.  So my approach is to let it play out as it is.
