I think JJ has the actual number and it is more like 468M shares out there.
You have to consider the division by that number gives you 36 cents/s is very ultra optimistic.
From the $1.4B you may as well write off $200M if not more right off the top and then is there a 15% tax expected (I'm not sure about this part).
The $200M I''m referring to and guessing has to be paid to all the outstanding expenses that have been going on since 10 years ago. So now we may be down to about 20 cents/s. Hence our only hope for a better deal is through Gowling. It's a wing and a prayer.
I and all would appreciate a better number from anyone here from what I have guestimated.
