I have been involved in a case where one minority shareholder was offered a better deal. Big no no. Not all shareholders have any idea that there is a law firm out there representing some shareholders. At the very minimum there would have to be a notice to all shareholders that they can opt in.Also, what would happen if they did not. It is common sense also. I sure hope we can close the book this year, I'm tired!
