You are correct OG.

The time frame has been painfully slow but it is moving forward. My guess is there is a lot happening that isn't visible outside those with a NDA. I'm sure we will learn what has been happening when all the I's are dotted and T's are crossed.

Gowling and the ad hoc committee is still in place. I will continue to wait patiently for news.
