It actually shows there is some good will between VZ and GRZ. I think politics and VZ going in the tank is the main hold up of the pay out. IMO I feel they would actually pay if they could. KRY on the other hand is a different story IMO. I think Fungs arrogance and treatment/attitude toward VZ and its culture and systems (good or bad granted) offended them in a deep way. I think he was a sly fox trying to slight them. Good luck getting money out of that
