Great find jimk. Glad you were watching BNN. Might be a repeat of this tape for others which usually there is late at night.

Now the big question is the "enforcement" and collection. Maybe a JV like with GRZ now wouldn't that be a laugh.

There is a chance i read today that USA will not allow Russia to own citgo.
