jimmijazz we seem to be going in circles. In one post you are saying the judge chose the best loan for shareholders but at the same time you want him to be guilty of allowng a criminal interest rate. Perhaps you are right in both cases - I think we have done that topic to death.

I do not think a contingency arrangement is the best way to fight against Tenor trying to take everything, perhaps that is worth checking with the opt-in committee (but again don't do it on my behalf).
