Paau, the judge was asked to accept a plan that eliminated all shareholder value. He chose not to accept that plan and instead optted for a plan that at the time was more friendly to shareholders noting that if the ISCID case was successful everyone could be made whole including shareholders (paraphrasing because I don't have the time to search all the documents)
Doesn't sound like he thought shareholders should receive ZERO.
You oviously have some legal background from the sound of your posts. Unfortunately I have none so I can only give my laymans interpretation of what I read. That said I have seen many lawyers legal interpreations be incorrect.
