Question 4 has always been a sticking point for me. I'm in and prepared to give up 9% to Gowling for anything they can claw back. It is not fair to me and others who opt in that we pay to win an award and those who don't opt in get a free ride. I believe a big part of winning an award will be us showing the judge this action is not about a handful of unhappy shareholders but hundreds of shareholders who have been duped. They are out there as we are seeing with the influx of requests. 

I don't see it as being about Gowling fairness but shareholder fairness.
