This is where you tell us you did have an attorney review the agreement and he couldn't clarify your question. Seems strange to me that you were able to find an attorney after 9pm on a Saturday night to review the opt in agreement.

You accuse me of calling you dumb which I didn't do. You reaffirm your lawyer which you talked to after 9pm on Saturday night said it needed clarification.

In this post you tell us you private messaged me which you didn't. You said you contacted Delna and the committee serveral times on the advice of the lawyer you hired after 9pm on Saturday night that responded to you befor 11:29 that same night. You tell us you got no claification from Delna or the Committee. Condering it is the weekend this doesn't suprise me.

I took it upon myself to contact Committee chair Justin Fine a short while ago to see when he would be able to clarify you question. Justin informed me he had received no emails from you. I checked to see if the gowling site listed the email of a different Committee member that you might have contacted. It lists no other Committee email other than Justin's. Either you are losing all your emails or you didn't send anything to anyone looking for any answers.

you tell us again that Gowling and the Committee did respond but wouldn't clarify. Since I now know that you didn't contact the Committee as you said, I suggest you didn't get a response from Gowling yesterday or today either. In fact I doubt you even sent them anything.

You ask me what my problem is and you don't understand my frustration.

I have been with this board since 2008 and haven't gone anywhere. While many have come and gone over the years I have stayed the course. Those who have suffered through what was taken from us now have some real hope that our voices will get heard and maybe even get justice. With this great news, it has also brought back posters who may not be genuine. Posters who have very suspious tales to tell that want to cast doubt.

In my discussion with Justin he said all questions will be answered. He said his email address was included in the body of the email with the Opt In agreement attachment. If anyone has questions send them to him. Do not rely of BB opinions. 

So Gino1234, was that your last post or will that be an incorrect staement?
