Thank you for the welcome back! Just to clarify, I know the last risk that any portion of the award due to shareholders could be consumed by attorneys. I accepted long ago that I would not get anything back. My simple question was "is there any scenario in which shareholders are responsible for paying attorneys fees if no award or minimal award is collected?" My Opt-in agreement is signed, witnessed and ready to send, but only if I get this clarified.
