Actually it isn't a very good question. It is an effort to use this board to cast doubt hoping people won't opt in.

The exposure as you call it is laid out in the agreement. It is not in question.

Gowling gets 9% of anything we actually collect above what we are already getting. It is that simple!

Like I posted to Gino1234, if you are unsure ask your own lawyer for advice.
