Miner Sues Over Citgo Bond Swap, Faces Another Appeal

Law360, New York (October 31, 2016, 5:07 PM EDT) -- Crystallex International Corp. sued a U.S. unit of state-owned oil giant Petroleos de Venezuela SA in Delaware federal court on Friday over a bond swap with PDVSA’s creditors whose terms Crystallex said fraudulently hinder its effort to wring a $1.4 billion arbitral award out of Venezuela.
