JC if you had some factual information it would make your posts seem less bitter. It appears that no matter what the retainer agreement says you are here to say the opposite. At least this time you didn't say Hope I'm Wrong.

There are no free rides as you say. People who opt in will be represented and Gowlings will take a piece of the money they claw back. Nobody is suggesting differently.

I feel sorry you sold and have no chance to get some real money back assuming you actually had shares. If you are posting for the noteholders or Tenor then your job just got a lot tougher. The more of us that register to get the information the more people will see you in a different light.
