I don't understand it. We have posted directions how to get the information more than a few times and some still continue to ask.

With a little bit of patiience, after all these years, I suspect most all will be known soon, although it seems they might have been overwhelmed.

If they still must ask questions, and don't like the answers, what is the alternative? Paper the bathroom with the certificates?

I too averaged down (to 30¢) and could see a substantial profit, not cosidering some ten years of lost opportunities, athough for years I thought there was no hope.
