This is an interesting part of the conversation. Gowling only represents the SHAREhOLDERS COMMITTEE as it was originally composed, even though you may be allowed to opt-in: Opting-in does not make you a member at all. Anyone want to speak how this impacts us as coat-tail hangers and how and what we may benefit?

Important: Gowling WLG (Canada) LLP only represents the Shareholders Committee and not you or other individual shareholders who may be permitted to opt-in.
