Second step is to send an email to his address stating that you are a shareholder.

Gowlings will ask for verification you are who you say you are. You or me saying on this board we are shareholders with x amount of shares doesn't mean it is true. The information is for Crystallex shareholders only and it will be sent once you have been verified.

If Gowlings has been slow to return emails today ( they were quick yesterday) it may be cause there have been many requests and it is taking time. Perhaps Fung has applied several times under different names and there busy with him.

Patience is needed from every shareholder. We have been screwed around for years by management waiting a couple days should be easy.
