This site is where the information will be posted to find out what the plan is, how to opt in and the retainer agreement which I still think is too good to be true.

There are lots of shareholders out there who don't follow this board that will need to be informed when the time comes. We probably all have friends that have shares that will need to be informed. Actually they may not be friends anymore if there are in this stock because of us!

With IFY on the case I'm sure everyone will hear as soon as it comes out.
