I believe every shareholder will have the opportunity to opt in. My guess is that Fung and Tenor will try to portray the ad hoc committee as a small handful of disgruntal investors and those who don't opt in as being happy with everything they are and have done.

I would love to see a majority of shareholder opt in and say NO MORE!
