Does anyone know how much was spent on arbitration costs?

Does the monitor actually look at the financial projections?

Could the number be lower than $62.5 million?

Does anyone else think that if the numbers are correct and Tenor is getting a BILLION dollars for loaning $62.5 million it seems a LITTLE high? Shareholder get enough offers for free credit cards in the mail we could have put the loan on them and been better off?
